All of our products are made from organic materials and are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX\u00ae. They're printed to order using water based inks one at a time and in real time, so there\u2019s no waste from over-stocked designs and sizes.\u00a0We only make what people need, when they need it.\u00a0 Since our products are made to last, we encourage everyone to care for them properly and use them for as long as possible.<\/p>
However, if you've loved them to pieces,\u00a0or you've outgrown them, or you're simply ready to part with them, each product is designed to be sent back\u00a0to us and the material reprocessed, respun, and made into new products through Teemill's Remill process. You can find instructions on how to do this by scanning the QR Code inside every product on the wash\/care label. Scan it, send the item(s) back, and get store credit in return. This is what we mean when we talk about circular design - Teemill has closed the loop by creating a circular economy. It's a win-win!<\/p>
Remill technology enables us to make new products from worn out materials instead of creating them from scratch every time. All Remill products are made with the organic cotton that has been sent back and remade. This reduces the material required to make a new yarn by using the material we already have. And by only printing what people need when they need it, waste is designed out in Teemill's factories at every stage. So everything you order from CB is made with organic cotton, but our Remill products are recycled<\/em> organic cotton.
